Dec '09 - Endotec are awarded valve maintenance framework contract for all valve works covering the Centrica Energy Power Stations throughout the United Kingdom.

 March '10 - ConocoPhillips Humber Refinery award Endotec pressure safety valve overhaul maintenance contract. 

 April '10 - Endotec acquire local pneumatic specialists MH Pneumatics who continue to trade from new Immingham base.

 April '10 - Endotec Group is formed involving Endotec Limited, Guardian Site Solutions and MH Pneumatics.
